Frequently asked questions

Is my progress saved?

Yes — your progress is saved on our servers and tied to the Game installed on your device. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, your device may not be able to find that progress again. If that happens, email us your old friend code and we'll try to help.

Do I need to be online?

The tutorial works offline. After that, Sail n' Dig is an online game: the sea is shared with other players, so you need an internet connection.

An ad didn't give me my reward.

Rewards are paid by our server once the ad finishes. If your connection dropped, the reward is usually paid when you reconnect. If it still didn't arrive, email us with the time it happened.

How do I report a player?

Email us the player's nickname, what happened and when. Offensive nicknames, cheating and harassment break our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my data?

Follow the steps on our data deletion page.

Preguntas frecuentes

¿Se guarda mi progreso?

Sí — tu progreso se guarda en nuestros servidores, vinculado al Juego instalado en tu dispositivo. Si desinstalas el Juego o borras sus datos, es posible que tu dispositivo no pueda volver a encontrar ese progreso. Si te pasa, escríbenos con tu código de amigo anterior y trataremos de ayudarte.

¿Necesito estar conectado?

El tutorial funciona sin conexión. Después, Sail n' Dig es un juego online: el mar se comparte con otros jugadores, así que necesitas conexión a internet.

Un anuncio no me dio la recompensa.

Nuestro servidor paga la recompensa cuando el anuncio termina. Si se cortó tu conexión, normalmente se paga al reconectarte. Si aun así no llegó, escríbenos con la hora en que pasó.

¿Cómo denuncio a un jugador?

Escríbenos con el apodo del jugador, qué pasó y cuándo. Los apodos ofensivos, las trampas y el acoso van contra nuestros Términos del Servicio.
