These terms are an agreement between you and Matzee ("we", "us") for your use of the game Sail n' Dig (the "Game") and the website sailndig.com. By playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your profile

The Game creates a profile for you automatically. You are responsible for what happens on it. Profiles are personal: don't sell, trade or share them.

3. Play fair

When you play, you agree not to:

Use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else or contains personal information.
Harass, threaten or abuse other players.
Cheat, use bots, hacks, modified clients or automation, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
Interfere with our servers or other players' connections, or try to access data that isn't yours.
Copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it.

If you break these rules we may change your nickname, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend or remove your profile.

4. Virtual items

Coins, gems, ships, upgrades, cosmetics and other in-game items are part of the Game. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use them while you play. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. We may rebalance, change or remove them as the Game evolves.

5. Ads

The Game is free and includes optional rewarded ads from third parties. We're not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party websites they lead to.

6. Our rights

The Game, its art, music, characters, code and everything else in it belong to Matzee or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, under these terms.

7. Changes and availability

Sail n' Dig is an online game and is still growing. We may update, change or stop offering any part of it, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we ever shut the Game down, we will try to give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Matzee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can stop playing at any time, and ask us to delete your data. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. This does not take away any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and let you know in the Game if the changes are significant. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.

Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y Matzee ("nosotros") sobre el uso del juego Sail n' Dig (el "Juego") y el sitio web sailndig.com. Al jugar el Juego los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no juegues.

1. Quién puede jugar

Debes tener al menos 13 años para jugar. Si eres menor de edad según la ley de tu país, un padre, madre o tutor debe aceptar estos términos en tu nombre.

2. Tu perfil

El Juego crea un perfil para ti automáticamente. Eres responsable de lo que pase en él. Los perfiles son personales: no los vendas, intercambies ni compartas.

3. Juega limpio

Al jugar, aceptas no:

Usar un apodo ofensivo, de odio, sexual, que suplante a otra persona o que contenga información personal.
Acosar, amenazar o maltratar a otros jugadores.
Hacer trampa, usar bots, hacks, clientes modificados o automatizaciones, ni aprovechar errores en lugar de reportarlos.
Interferir con nuestros servidores o con la conexión de otros jugadores, ni intentar acceder a datos que no son tuyos.
Copiar, aplicar ingeniería inversa, revender o redistribuir el Juego, salvo cuando la ley lo permita.

Si incumples estas reglas, podemos cambiar tu apodo, revertir el progreso obtenido de forma injusta, o suspender o eliminar tu perfil.

4. Objetos virtuales

Las monedas, gemas, barcos, mejoras, cosméticos y demás objetos del Juego son parte del Juego. Te otorgamos una licencia limitada y revocable para usarlos mientras juegas. No tienen valor en el mundo real, no se pueden cambiar por dinero y no son de tu propiedad. Podemos reequilibrarlos, cambiarlos o quitarlos a medida que el Juego evolucione.

5. Anuncios

El Juego es gratuito e incluye anuncios opcionales con recompensa de terceros. No somos responsables del contenido de los anuncios ni de los sitios de terceros a los que lleven.

6. Nuestros derechos

El Juego, su arte, música, personajes, código y todo lo demás que contiene pertenecen a Matzee o a sus licenciantes. Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para jugar el Juego en dispositivos que te pertenezcan o controles, con fines no comerciales, según estos términos.

7. Cambios y disponibilidad

Sail n' Dig es un juego online y sigue creciendo. Podemos actualizar, cambiar o dejar de ofrecer cualquier parte del Juego, y a veces puede no estar disponible por mantenimiento o por motivos ajenos a nosotros. Si alguna vez cerramos el Juego, intentaremos avisar con una anticipación razonable.

8. Exención de garantías

El Juego se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que cumpla tus expectativas.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Matzee no es responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por la pérdida de datos u objetos virtuales, derivados del uso del Juego. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que tengas como consumidor y que la ley no permita limitar.

10. Finalización

Puedes dejar de jugar cuando quieras y pedirnos que eliminemos tus datos. Podemos cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos términos de forma grave o reiterada.

11. Privacidad

Cómo tratamos tu información se explica en nuestra Política de Privacidad.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Esto no te quita ninguna protección que te otorguen las leyes de defensa del consumidor del país donde vives.

13. Cambios en estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Cambiaremos la fecha al principio de esta página y te avisaremos en el Juego si los cambios son importantes. Seguir jugando después de una actualización significa que aceptas los nuevos términos.
